1. KIPI is a community unit that is used by community members as equivalent to currency, e.g your Rands will be converted to Kipi just like Pula in Botswana, USD in America, Euro in Europe etc, all currency is converted to Kipi when you donate to the community. This community is worldwide and is in more than 80 countries around the world.
2. When you donate money to buy a dream, you do not donate to a company/organization but Teamkipi gives you a name of a community member that you will donate money to. That person is a community member like anyone. A community member will keep the money until Teamkipi instruct that person to transfer that money to another community member. So the money on Kipi community is managed by people and is kept by people and not by Kipi organizers or company.
3. A person entrusted to receive donated funds from a community member is a person who has bought a dream. E.g if you bought a dream of R 5000.00 then Teamkipi can allow you to keep money less than R5 000.00 donated by another community member to you.
4. If a community member decide to be dishonest and use the money, that member will be suspended from the community and Kipi would have not lost because a member only keeps the amount less than what s/he deposited. For instance, if you deposited R5 000.00 you can be trusted to keep R3 000.00 and when you decide to use that R3 000.00 you will be suspended and lose your membership and profits. So it is impossible to cheat this business because the one trying to cheat is the one who will lose at the end.
5. The money you donated to a community member accumulate profit, e.g if you donate R5 000.00 and choose to withdraw it at R10 000.00, the system will determine which months you will have to wait for your dream to come true, i.e to reach maturity which could range from 3-5 months and if you wish to withdraw that R5 000.00 at R100 000.00 then the system determine months you will have to wait, i.e you can can wait about 12-16 months for that R5 000.00 to reach R100 000.00
6. That is why this community is a self governing and self regulating business because funds are kept by the community and not by the company. The company makes a profit by exchanging currency because all currency is subject at being exchanged from currency to Kipi rates and when you make a withdrawal Teamkipi will instruct any community member with the amount of funds that you intend to withdraw to deposit it to you.
